The Assyrian Genocide occurred between 1915 and 1918 during World War One, and was perpetrated by Ottoman Turkey, with the help of Kurds, who were hired as the henchmen of Turkey. The Genocide killed 750,000 Assyrians (75%), one million Greeks and 1.5 million Armenians. This was a genocide that targeted Turkey's Christian population.
